The Mat-Su College wellness initiative known as Journey has announced two new semester-long offerings available to all Mat-Su College students, staff, and faculty:

  • Yoga. Free yoga classes every Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM in FSM 202. The classes run until Thanksgiving.
  • Ice Skating. $3 ice skating (including skate rental) at the Palmer Sports Center ice rink during public skate times. This is a savings of $10! You can find the public skate times using this schedule. You will need to show your WolfCard.
